Supportive Mental Health Care for Adolescents – All Summer Long

At Improving Lives CMHC, we help teens thrive during the summer with a structured mental health program tailored to their needs. Starting June 9th, our Summer Treatment Program offers flexible care levels and full support for teens aged 13–17.

Two Flexible Program Options:

• Partial Hospitalization (PHP) – 5 days/week (Mon–Fri)

• Intensive Outpatient (IOP) – 3 days/week

What’s Included:

• Daily Group Therapy

• Weekly Individual Counseling

• Family Therapy

• Medication Management

• Free Transportation & Lunch (for in-person)

• In-person & Telehealth Access
