Anger Management: About and Treatment

Anger is a normal emotion that all of us have, it is a healthy emotion if expressed in appropriate ways. The inappropriate expression of anger (verbal abuse or physical abuse) can lead us to have problems in our lives (work, family, couples, friendships and legal). Anger problem is a learned behavior and it can be corrected with therapy.

Anger is frequently a result of frustration, or of feeling blocked or thwarted from something we feel to be important. Anger can also be a defensive response to underlying fear or feelings of vulnerability or powerlessness. 

Anger management is training for temper control and is the skill of remaining calm and composed, it does not mean that you will to feel anger it means that you will learn to respond in a healthier way to express Anger.
